Pre-registration is the process of registering visitors to attend an exhibition before the event opens. It relieves queuing congestion at the on-site registration area and ensures the smooth flow of visitor traffic into the exhibition

The potential visitor may register in a number of ways: Internet, Fax or Post. Info Salons™ will provide you with an online application to allow you full control over your pre-registration data.

The Info Salons™ sophisticated secure online application produces:

1. A web registration page hyperlinked to your event website and

2. A facility for your staff to data enter any visitor details received by fax, post or phone

The barcode name badges are produced fully coded with all the appropriate visitor or delegate information. The name badges can be mailed to the pre-registered visitors by you. Alternatively, a barcode confirmation email can be sent to the visitors' Inbox or barcode confirmation SMS sent to their mobile phone. The confirmation barcode is scanned at the VIP express entry to instantly obtain their name badge onsite.

The pre-registered visitor now has immediate access to the exhibition and avoids queuing.

Your Info Salons™ assigned Client Manager will work with you to produce a badge that is tailored to your event. Badges are available in different colours, size and style.

Reminder Faxes, Emails and SMS

Our specialized broadcasting facilities can be used to broadcast fax, email or SMS reminders to all pre-registered visitors.

Reports

Detailed pre-registration reports outlining visitor profiles and demographics are permanently available online via a secure password protected URL designed specifically for you.
