Each station contains two screens, one for the operator and one for the visitor to view exactly what is being entered. This ensures accuracy of entry. All stations are networked.

Electronic Advertising

Ticker-tape advertising or messages can be produced for you. Information you request can be displayed running across the screen while visitors are registering. This advertising space can be sold to sponsors or you may simply wish to make use of it to alert visitors to special events.

Fast and efficient on-site production of Name Badges

The walk-in visitors complete the questionnaire at the entrance to the exhibition and hand it to one of our operators. This on-site registration system is the quickest and most accurately secure system today. In under one minute, all details about the visitors are entered and a name badge is printed and issued to the visitor with their plastic holder.

Our friendly staff can also provide other promotional or handout material to your visitors at that time. Any late pre-registration badges that have not been received thought the mail can be collected at a special desk near the registration desks or simply re-issued on the spot.

Specially trained entrance control personnel

Once the visitor has their name badge, either though the mail after pre-registering or from our efficient on-site staff, they proceed to the entrance. Our entrance staff then scans the card. The systems are designed to quickly handle and process large crowds.

Special Self-Registration Booths Info Salons™ continues to lead the market with innovative ideas. We now provide the option of using Self Registration Booths for your registration. These can be used in conjunction with our operator terminals, are highly presentable and easy to use. Visitors simply enter their own details, their name badges are produced instantly and available for collection as they enter the event.
