The purpose of exhibitions is to identify good quality sales leads for the exhibitor, while giving the professional person a contact with the latest products in their industry.

The Info Salons™ Registration and Visitor Tracking Systems provide an efficient and effective method of exhibitor lead management.

Barcode Tracking

Events that use the barcode name badges are able to track visitors. Visitors attending a particular stand can have their barcode identification number scanned using a tracker. Exhibitors can also scan a special barcode sheet to identify products; sales people and qualify the visitor’s interest.

Disk Tracker

The Disk Tracker prints out visitor information to paper and can store it directly onto its internal disk. No PC is required at the exhibition. The Disk Tracker has a large number of additional features to assist the exhibitor in managing the leads, ie an electronic qualifier module to define lead profiles.

  

Mobile Mini Tracker

The Mobile Mini Tracker is a hand held wireless battery powered scanning device. The Mobile Mini Tracker scans the visitors barcode name badge and stores all the information electronically. The leads are downloaded by Info Salons technicians at the end of the day or end of the show. The data is provided to the exhibitor either on CD or accessed via a password protected URL site.

Info Digital Assistant Tracker

The IDA Tracker is a GPRS web enabled "realtime" hand held wireless battery powered scanning device. The IDATracker scans the visitors barcode name badge and stores all the information on the web. The data is accessible immediately via a password protected website using Info Lead. Exhibitors are able to scan the visitors details and then enter product and follow-up qualifiers using the Windows based PDA application on the device.

Info Lead

Info Lead is a password protected website that exhibitors can access to download their leads. Info Lead provides exhibitors with a comprehensive Lead Management tool that allows them to:

1. browse & sort their leads by product/follow up

2. follow up leads via email broadcast application with specific promotional attachments

3. attach reminder & sales notes to each record
