To orchestrate the changes, we created Info Web, a unique and complete web internet based registration solution.

The potential visitor or delegate accesses your own existing website to obtain information about your forthcoming event. A Register Now button provides an automatic link to your registration page. 

After completing their details on the registration form they send it electronically to us and an acknowledgement is return receipted immediately back to them. This provides enormous potential savings by not having to mail/fax forms.

All information is downloaded into our system for the normal registration processing to take place. Detailed reports are provided regularly to the organiser showing full demographic breakdowns of registrations received via the net.

Once a visitor registers via an online registration form, they are automatically sent a barcode confirmation email to their Inbox or a m-ticket to their mobile phone. The visitor then prints out the confirmation and brings it onsite to one of our e-Badge terminals. Alternatively they bring their mobile phone to the e-Badge stations and the barcode is scanned directly off the phone. A badge is instantly printed allowing them access into the event.
